1. Submission of Manuscripts:
By submitting a manuscript to Ma-Hasal, authors agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript adheres to the journal’s submission guidelines, including formatting, length, and style.

2. Copyright:

  • Authors retain the copyright to their work. However, by submitting to Ma-Hasal, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and make the work available online in its published form.

  • The work may be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author and the journal.

3. Peer Review Process:

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and academic rigor of the content.

  • Authors are expected to cooperate with the peer review process by responding promptly to reviewers' comments and making necessary revisions to improve the manuscript.

6. Publishing Fee:

  • There are no publication fees for authors. Ma-Hasal is committed to being an open-access journal with no financial barriers to publication for authors.

7. Archiving:

  • Ma-Hasal will ensure the preservation of published content by archiving articles in relevant online databases and repositories, ensuring long-term access and availability.

8. License for Use:

  • By publishing in Ma-Hasal, authors grant readers a license to read, download, copy, distribute, and share the work for educational and non-commercial purposes, as long as proper attribution to the original author(s) and the journal is made.
