Abstract

This paper explores the transformative role of digital technology in the field of social sciences through a comparative lens. By examining disciplines such as sociology, political science, education, and cultural studies, the study highlights how digital tools enhance research methodologies, data collection, and analysis. Furthermore, the research underscores how digital platforms facilitate communication, collaboration, and dissemination of knowledge across global academic networks. Challenges such as digital divide, ethical concerns, and the risk of overreliance on technology are also discussed. The paper concludes that while digital technology significantly strengthens the scope of social sciences, its sustainable integration requires a balanced approach combining traditional insights with modern innovation
