Abstract

Organizational Behavior (OB) is the systematic study of human behavior, attitudes, and interactions within an organization. This research examines how organizational behavior influences employee productivity in corporate sectors. The findings suggest that positive organizational culture, effective leadership, strong communication systems, and employee motivation significantly enhance productivity. In contrast, weak management structures and unclear policies reduce employee performance and efficiency. The study concludes that improving organizational behavior practices helps organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage and long-term success.
