Occasional donations from scholars, research organizations, and linguistic groups help strengthen the journal’s open-access initiatives.
Revenue from Printed Copies
Income generated from optional printed issues contributes to printing, distribution, and archiving expenses.
Ma-Hasal maintains full editorial independence and does not accept commercial advertising or funding that could compromise academic integrity.
2. Publication Fees for Authors
Ma-Hasal follows a clear and author-friendly fee policy:

Submission Fee

Authors can submit manuscripts through the OJS system at no cost.
Optional Print Copy Charges

For authors requesting a printed version of the issue containing their article.
Fast-Track Review Service

Ensures an initial editorial decision within 7–10 working days.

3. Waiver & Discount Policy
To encourage wider participation, the journal offers:

Student Discount: 50% APC waiver for students with valid proof.

Financial Hardship Waivers: Full or partial APC waivers for authors from low-resource regions or without research funding (upon approval).

Special Concessions: Reduced fees for invited papers, thematic issues, and collaborative research projects.
Waiver requests should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.
