Abstract

In developing countries, mental health is a critical yet often neglected area of public health. Limited resources, social stigma, and inadequate healthcare infrastructure result in millions of individuals lacking access to proper treatment. This paper analyzes mental health awareness, barriers to healthcare access, and possible solutions. Evidence suggests that significant improvements in mental health outcomes can be achieved if governments, educational institutions, and healthcare systems adopt integrated and coordinated strategies.

  • Authors retain the copyright to their work. However, by submitting to Ma-Hasal, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and make the work available online in its published form.

  • The work may be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author and the journal.

3. Peer Review Process:
